What You’ll Do
- Prepare and plate food that meets Nutbutter’s high standards for quality, consistency, and freshness.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines, ensuring cross-contamination never happens on your watch.
- Master the use of kitchen tools and equipment (vacuum packer, Thermomix, knives, prep gear — we’ll train you up!).
- Keep your station spotless, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Communicate clearly with your team to keep the line flowing and guests happy.
- Learn every dish, ingredient, and prep step on our menu — and take pride in doing it right every time.
- Support your team and leaders by following Nutbutter’s policies and helping create a fun, respectful, high-energy kitchen environment.
Who You Are
- You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service role.
- You care about fresh, healthy food and doing things the right way.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- You’re adaptable, positive, and always eager to learn something new.
- You communicate clearly, respect your teammates, and take pride in a job well done.
- You’re reliable, accountable, and always show up ready to bring your best.
