OPERATIONS MANAGER

Starting Salary: €38,000 + Performance Bonuses CleaningMachines.ie Due to continued growth, CleaningMachines.ie is looking for an organised and motivated Operations Person to join our team in Galway.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being involved across the business and can help keep our day-to-day operations, administration and accounts running efficiently. The role will include: Day-to-day operations and office administration
Managing our sales and service teams ,Preparing weekly reports and tracking KPIs Assisting management with operational planning Ensuring jobs, paperwork and customer records are kept up to date Helping improve systems and processes as the company continues to grow What we’re looking for: Someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility. Previous experience in accounts, administration or operations would be a strong advantage. Experience with accounting/ERP software and good Excel/computer skills would also be beneficial. We are a growing company operating throughout Ireland in the commercial cleaning equipment and robotics industry, so there is plenty of opportunity for the right person to develop and progress within the business.
