Dixon Residential is currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Part-Time Viewer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a customer-focused mindset to gain valuable experience in residential sales.
This role is weekend-only and would ideally suit someone looking to gain further experience in the property industry or those with flexible weekend availability.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive customer service experience for all buyers and potential buyers at property viewings.
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (PSR Act, current Anti Money Laundering, BER and Data Protection Legislation and any other legislation relevant to a property professional operating in Ireland).
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A strong interest in property and an understanding of the sales process
- Excellent knowledge of the local residential property market
- Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Access to their own vehicle and a full, clean driver’s licence
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in residential property sales
Pay: From €17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 6.0 per week
Licence/Certification:
- A Driving Licence (required)
