Lancaster Lodge a 48 bedroom City Centre Lodge has a vacancy for an experienced Hotel Receptionist.
- Previous experience in Hotel Reception is required for this position.

- Fluent English both written and spoken is required
- Experience with Hotsoft PMS or similar and advantage
- Must be available for some evening shifts, latest finish 21:00.
- Handle all guest enquiries and queries in an efficient professional and friendly manner
- Ensure all cash, credit card and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy.
- To assist in the smooth running of the front office during your shift
- To be familiar with the days business, including arrivals, departures, special requests, etc.
- To have thorough understanding of all requirements when checking-in and/or checking-out a guest.
- Have a positive and motivating attitude
- A friendly outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €14.70 per hour
