AVIS Budget Car Rental have a vacancy for Insurance/Accidents/Claims Department Manager.
This role will involve managing a small team based at our Head Office, Athlone Road, Roscommon. The sucessful candidate will provide leadership for the team and will be responsible for the management of third party claims, recovery claims, liaising with insurance companies, our customers and our in house customer service team.
Duties will include logging all accident reports, chasing up documentation from staff members at our locations and our customers. Sucessful candidates will have the ability to be assertive during communications and will possess the computer skills to update our rental systems and databases. Sucessful candidates will be able to work on their own initiative and deal with individual incidents to conclusion. This is an in location position, working from home is not suitable.
Applicants should have a third level qualification with experience in the insurance industry preferred but not essential.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, with an attractive package on offer to the right person.
Pay: From €40,000.00 per year
