Chef De Partie required by Golden Forest Ltd T/A Boss Stop Restaurant Asian Fusion Cuisine at 24 South Great George St , Dublin 2 . Seeking an experienced Chef-De-Partie to join our kitchen team . The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting head chef in maintaining high food quality standards and supporting daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced chinese cuisine restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting head chef in preparation of Chinese cuisine and Chinese pastries
- Preparing and cook dishes according to Boss Stop recipes and standards
- Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently during service
- Ensure food quality , consistency and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with stock control and rotation , food preparation and kitchen organisation
- Monitor food safety and HACCP compliance
- Support and supervise junior kitchen staff when required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen
- Assist head chefs with menu preparation and kitchen operations.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience as Chef De Partie or chef role
- Experience in Asian Cuisine and Chinese pastries preferred
- Strong understanding or kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Salary : € 36605 - €40000 per annum
Hours : Minimum 39 hours per week
