This role partners closely with Brand, Marketing, Commercial, and Technology teams to improve and optimise investment, drive profitable growth and enhance business performance.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across BOYLE Sports in Ireland and the UK
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, ROI, and profitability across marketing channels, including affiliates, PPC, paid media, and sponsorships
Provide strategic insight into brand investment, customer acquisition, and retention economics
Analyse performance marketing initiatives and develop recommendations to optimise spend and customer value
Monitor customer base changes and customer cohort performance
Review, challenge, and advise on the ROI, commercial impact and strategic fit of business cases, including brand, sponsorship, marketing and technology investments
Assess technology investment opportunities such as product development, platform enhancements and data capabilities
Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting, variance analysis and executive-level insights
Partner with brand and marketing, product, BI, payments and operations to support strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives
Support ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling and commercial decision-making
