Spread over two floors and stretching across two streets, we’re located in the heart of the bustling Latin Quarter, Galway’s cultural and social hub with Shop Street and Quay Street on our doorstep.
We are now recruiting a full-time Bartender .
The Role
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service, bar skills and product knowledge.
- Passionate about delivering a high level of customer service.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Prepare cocktails.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
The Candidate
- Available to work full-time.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong positive work ethic & self-starter.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Cocktail experience desirable.

Pay: €14.50-€15.50 per hour
