Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver real-time customer support across email channels
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Work towards individual and company KPIs and performance targets
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time
- Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems, Work on Invoices and Customs documents
- Collaborate cross-functionally with shipping, logistics, manufacturing, and external partners
- Identify and escalate issues where required to ensure excellent customer outcomes
- Continuously learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and customer requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Extremely diligent, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Comfortable learning and using multiple CRM and business systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude
Desirable Experience
- 2-3 years previous experience in customer service, customer support, or CX roles
- Background in logistics, shipping, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is advantageous
- Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Salary €29,000 - €35,000
- 2 days remote working per month
Pay: €29,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
