We are a 2 star Michelin restaurant based in Baltimore Cork and are expanding and looking for some new team members, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
You will be working with Chef Ahmet Dede, a creative, dynamic and progressive Chef. You will be working with the finest produce in a beautiful environment.
You are passionate, creative and dedicated to your craft, to be the best you can be and produce world class fine dining, you have Michelin experience at at minimum 1 star level ideally 2 or 3 star or similar. You are ambitious for yourself, your progression and being part of a dynamic high performing team. You want to delivery the very best that hospitality has to offer. Your are organised and have an outgoing personality.
In return, we offer you a great working environment, just 3 dinner services and 2 lunch services per week except in July and August where we have additional services. Generous salary and tips, accommodation and 6 weeks holiday per annum.
