Suits Select is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Tralee. We are a specialist menswear retailer, helping customers find the perfect suits and formalwear for weddings, debs, graduations, workwear and special occasions.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, expert fitting and creating a great experience for every customer.
About the Role As Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our Tralee store, working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales and business targets. You will be a key member of the management team, leading from the front on the sales floor, supporting and motivating colleagues, and helping to create a positive and professional environment.
The role is very customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on helping customers find the right suit and accessories for their occasion. You will work closely with wedding parties and individual customers, providing advice on styles, colours and fittings and ensuring each customer receives a personalised experience from their first visit through to collection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support, motivate and lead the sales team to achieve store targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Assist customers with suit selection, styling and professional fitting.
- Manage wedding parties, appointments and fittings.
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Assist with stock management, deliveries, merchandising and general store operations.
- Support staff training and development.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation, organisation and professionalism.
