Commis Chef Position: To assists the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to our kitchen standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
- Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Culinary qualification or relevant kitchen experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: €29,500.00-€31,500.00 per year
