CPM Ireland is excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, working on behalf of our client, a leading Music Licensing Body.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager and will be working in a hybrid capacity from our CPM Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin. The role will involve generating sales and creating leads in the SME and Enterprise sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Sell music licences by contacting potential business customers to explain the services offered by the Music Licensing Body

Proactively engage customers over the phone, either through self-generated leads or working with call or customer files

Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets

Manage your customer pipeline and own your CRM to ensure all information is correct, accurate and secure

Structured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospects

Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company and client

Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines

Provide customer feedback and industry insight

Proactively research new and existing products and services of the Music Licensing Body on an ongoing basis
Desirable Experience & Skills
- Inside / Tele-sales and/or lead generation experience

Awareness of the Irish business arena at local and national levels

Experience working with outbound calling, lead management and/or CRM systems

Experience in a fast-paced target driven role, ideally in the business sector

Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook

Agility to multi-task, specifically updating systems and online forms in real-time whilst on calls with prospects to maximise efficiency

Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly

Ability to work on own initiative and continually look for ways to improve sales performance. Self-motivated with a drive to deliver consistent results
