Mechanical Site Supervisor – Dublin (Superstar Opportunity)
€60,000–€75,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Major Project Pipeline
This is not a “keep things ticking over” site role.
Mechanical Site Supervisor to take real ownership on major commercial projects across Dublin with a fast-growing M&E contractor that is scaling its delivery team.
If you want more responsibility, better projects, and the chance to actually run your section of site properly, this is a step up role — not a sideways move.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be trusted to take control of mechanical works on live projects and drive them through to completion.
- Own day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Deliver HVAC, plumbing and building services installations to spec
- Read drawings, solve site issues and keep works moving
- Push programme delivery and maintain quality standards
- Support commissioning and project handover
This is a hands-on delivery role where your decisions matter.
About You
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor / Foreman
- Strong background in Building Services / M&E delivery
- Confident with HVAC and mechanical systems
- Ability to run site activity independently
- Strong communicator who can lead subcontractors effectively
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to delivery
