Based in Dublin Airport Logistics Park, dnata catering & Retail Ireland provides catering and inflight services to several international airlines operating from Dublin, Cork & Shannon Airport.
In September 2020, we expanded operations with a state-of-the art facility that quadrupled our catering capacity to enable the delivery of 40,000 quality inflight meals a day. Covering an area of 6,300m², our new facility is equipped with the latest technologies.
An exciting opportunity for full time General Assistants to join an airline catering company based in the Airport Logistics Park, St. Margrets.

Rate of Pay: €14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 40hours per week, 5/7 days.
Have you ever wondered how the food and beverages get on your flight? As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring catering and goods arrive on airlines, in-line with various scheduling requirements.
The role
- Handling stock
- Handling, preparing, and packing food
- Correctly filling out paperwork
- Ensure work stations are clean and sanitised
- Be able to work in chilled / frozen environment
- Adherence to Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures
- Adherence to all reasonable requests from your Manager / Supervisor
Requirements:
- Be fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
- Be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to go through a 5 year background check and Garda Vetting
- Authorised to work in Ireland
Only candidates who are available to work full time and are fully flexible will be considered for this role.
