We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Blanchardstown area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of warehouse experience, hold a valid forklift licence and full driving licence, and be committed to building a long-term career within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Operating forklifts to move, stack, and organise stock.
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assisting with stock takes and general warehouse duties.
- Delivering excellent teamwork and supporting colleagues when required.
- Driving company vehicles when necessary (where applicable).
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance/Reach Truck preferred).
- Full, clean Category B Driving Licence.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety procedures.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
