We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Administrator to join a busy and well-established property / auctioneering office based in Kells.
This is a varied role suited to someone with previous property industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Diary management & arranging property viewings
- Handling client and customer enquiries
- Preparing brochures, reports & contract documents
- General office administration and correspondence
- Supporting the Director & Office Manager
- Occasional showhouse viewings
- Previous property / auctioneering experience essential
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to manage workloads and work on own initiative
- Professional and personable approach
