Ready to run the chair AND the shop? We’re looking for a skilled stylist who wants to step up into management.
*The role:*
1. *Run the salon* day-to-day and keep the vibe on point
2. *Mentor + train new staff* so the whole team levels up
3. *Put protocols in place* for service + client care
4. *Hit salon targets* for sales, rebooks, and retail
5. *Stock control + banking* — keep shelves full + numbers tidy
6. *Run bookings system* and build smart *rotas*
7. *Lead team meetings* and keep everyone motivated
8. *Run social media* with content that brings clients through the door
