Purpose of Job: To be an integral part of our culinary team. Preparing and serving our dishes to the highest of standards in line with the renowned tradition and excellence of Bewley's Grafton Street!

- Reporting to: Head Chef
Some Duties/Expectations:
- To be a contributing team player and a valued part of our dynamic culinary team.
- Our CDP duties include a mixture of preparation and service.
- The right candidate would keep abreast of any new food trends and innovations on the Irish culinary scene.
- Our CDPs would participate in the menu development process together with the culinary team to create an evolving seasonal offering.
- Great communication with the Executive Chef and Management Team to always ensure the smooth operations of the kitchen and service is required.
- Adhering to all regulations in respect of Food Safety, Health and Safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations, etc is essential in our business.
Requirements:
- Team player
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Detail focused
- 3 years experience in a similar role in a Hotel and Event.
Rate of pay: €17 per hour DOE plus tips
