Kells Wholemeal is a leading Irish family-owned business specialising in the milling, blending and supply of high-quality ingredients and innovative solutions to the bakery industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Requirements:
- Must have experience within an Office environment.
- IT skills are essential for the role and the ability to adapt to other systems.
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to work on your own initiative, be motivated and also be a good team player.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Perfect spoken and written English.
- Office-Based.
Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with production personnel and process production documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain stock records.
- Assist with stock control procedures and annual stock take.
- Process invoices, issue of monthly customer statements, maintain customer records and provide general administrative and reception support.
- Carry out some day-to-day banking duties, including processing receipts to customer accounts and monthly customer direct debits.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
