We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our dedicated team at St Anne’s Nursing Home.

The Role
The Clinical Nurse Manager will work closely with the Person in Charge and nursing home management team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care to our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and leading the nursing and care team.
- Ensuring high standards of resident care and clinical practice.
- Promoting a positive, supportive and respectful working environment.
- Supporting staff development, supervision and training.
- Ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations, standards and best practice.
- Monitoring care planning, medication management and clinical documentation.
- Liaising with residents, relatives, GPs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Supporting audits, quality improvement and governance processes.
- Acting as a senior clinical leader within the nursing home.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a nurse who is:
- Registered with the NMBI.
- Experienced in an elderly care/nursing home setting.
- A strong clinical leader with excellent communication skills.
- Organised, reliable and capable of working independently.
- Passionate about resident-centred care.
- Knowledgeable and committed to HIQA standards and regulatory compliance.
- An effective team player who can motivate and support staff.
- QQI L6 in Management
Previous CNM experience is desirable, but applications from experienced Staff Nurses looking to progress into a management role will also be considered.
