We are currently seeking a Scaffolder - General Operative to join our team and begin work immediately.
Responsibilities:
Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Loading, unloading and organising scaffolding materials.
- Erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolding systems safely and efficiently.
- Inspecting scaffolding structures to ensure they meet safety regulations
- Working from technical drawings and site instructions.
- Prepare site to a high standard
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance, reporting any defects or issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations always.
- Understand and be competent in emergency procedures and protocol.
- Work closely with management and the site team to meet production targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practice.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate with site supervisors and project managers regarding work progress, issues, and any necessary changes to plans or schedules
Requirements:
- CSCS Scaffolding Licence
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
- Full driving licence
- MEWP Licence (preferred)
- Previous experience working as a scaffolder on construction sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Negotiable
Pay: €22.00-€24.00 per hour
