We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality food in a fast-paced café environment, including breakfast, brunch, and light meals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standard
- Managing a designated section of the kitchen during service
- Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials
- Maintaining strict compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and hygiene regulations
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
- Monitoring stock levels, stock rotation, and minimising food waste
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café kitchen
