Beach Hotel is seeking a skilled and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service and maintaining exceptional standards in food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy and professional kitchen in one of Donegal’s leading coastal hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
- Ensure excellent presentation, freshness, and portion control
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen section
- Follow all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with stock control and daily kitchen preparation
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast service periods
- Support the wider kitchen team when required
- Help maintain the hotel’s reputation for quality food and service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and kitchen operations
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
