Your New Role
The Project Delivery Liaison will play a key role in supporting programme and project delivery, ensuring high-quality design and construction outcomes across multiple projects.Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will support the coordination, procurement, and delivery of building projects within a structured public capital programme environment.The role includes responsibility for procurement processes relating to technical consultancy services, including preparation of project briefs and associated documentation.The role holder will also contribute to key programme themes such as sustainability, programme delivery, quality management, strategic planning, public procurement, and BIM compliance.
Selection of responsibilities:

Promoting excellence in design and construction delivery

Supporting project planning, scheduling, and workflow management in line with national capital delivery frameworks

Managing procurement processes in accordance with public procurement regulations

Assisting in the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation
What You'll Need to Succeed
You should demonstrate:

A recognised third-level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar)

Minimum 5 years' relevant postgraduate experience

Membership (or eligibility) of a recognised professional body

Proven experience delivering construction projects to a high standard, on time and within budget

Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
