We are seeking an experienced Finisher / Snagger for an immediate start.
Full-Time Role.
Lark rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ‘’A’’ rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest of standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
Hours: 7.30am - 4.30 / 5pm (Mon - Fri).
Responsibilities:

Plastering.
-
Patching.
-
Basic carpentry/joinery.

Painting.
-
Plastic work and.
-
General repairs/replacements.

Site clean up.
-
Collection of Items in Hardware.
-
Organising PO's.
-
Reporting Invoices and items to Accounts department.
Requirements:
-
Safe pass.
-
Finishing/ Snagging experience.

Manual handling.
-
CV & 2 contactable references.

Driver's Licence.
Salary:
€45 -50k per Annum, Company Van, Company Bonus DOE.
