A popular seaside hotel is looking for a hotel chef to work on a profit share basis over the hoilday season.
Accommodation is provided, the hotel is two star and in a remote location. The kitchen is medium size, basic and you will need to work out a simple menu and simple working systems, fitting in with the bar and hotel management.
