About the Role
Luxe Consulting is a revenue growth consultancy and marketing agency operating across Ireland, the UK, France, and Europe. We're hiring a Senior Performance Marketer to own paid media, lead generation funnels, and marketing automation across our client portfolio and internal brands.
This is a hands-on role. You'll plan and execute campaigns, build systems, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Build and optimise lead generation funnels end to end
- Create and manage email marketing sequences, segmentation, and automation
- Develop lead scoring and qualification frameworks
- Build marketing automations, workflows, and integrations in Go High Level
- Own campaign reporting and act on performance data
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales alignment
Requirements
- 4+ years in performance marketing with proven results
- Hands-on Go High Level (GHL) experience — funnels, automations, CRM workflows
- Active experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads
- Email marketing — sequences, deliverability, list management
- Marketing automation and funnel-building experience
- Lead scoring and qualification knowledge
- Daily use of Slack and Notion
- Strong analytical skills — you own your numbers
