CNC Programmer / CNC Operator (Joinery)

P&L Carpentry Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Operator to join our growing joinery manufacturing team.
Key Responsible
· Program and operate CNC machinery for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects.
· Set up machines, select tooling, and monitor production quality.
· Ensure components are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
· Carry out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Work closely with production to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
· Experience programming and operating CNC routers within a joinery or woodworking environment.
· Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, B solid, Alph cam ).
· Strong understanding of woodworking materials and machining processes.
· Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
· Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
