Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally organised, detail-oriented Influencer Campaign Manager to take the reins of our influencer marketing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, managing client-brand relationships, and driving the strategy for our growing network of over 3,000 creators.

Please Note: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in an influencer and creative campaign management or highly similar role is strictly required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Compliance: Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from conception to completion. Ensure all content and partnerships strictly adhere to advertising standards, legal guidelines, and disclosure regulations.
Network & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary bridge between our client brands and our network of 3,000+ creators. Maintain strong, professional relationships while actively working to scale and further develop the network.
Creative Briefing: Design comprehensive, highly engaging creative briefs that inspire creators while aligning perfectly with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Budgeting & Financial Tracking: Oversee and manage campaign budgets with total accuracy. Track all financial metrics, creator payouts, and project expenses.
Performance Reporting: Analyse campaign data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver detailed ROI and performance reports back to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer campaign management, influencer marketing, or a closely related agency role.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in a CRM, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (you must be comfortable managing complex trackers, budgets, and data sets).
Organisation & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a razor-sharp attention to detail. You rarely let anything slip through the cracks.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations for both high-profile clients and creative talent while developing relationships and generating increased budgets.
Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
