About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Insulation Operatives, with C1 Driving Licence to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on various sites installing insulation and completing associated tasks to a high standard, in line with company procedures and safety requirements.
This role involves working as part of a crew under direction, with responsibility for ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Report daily to the Supervisor for work instructions and job schedules
- Organise and prioritise daily work activities
- Ensure company vehicles are fully stocked with required materials and tools
- Carry out insulation works in accordance with training and company standards
- Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain safety kits on site
- Communicate any site issues, delays, or problems to the Supervisor promptly
- Ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Return all tools, equipment, and unused materials to the yard after job completion
- Complete and submit all required quality, safety, and environmental documentation weekly
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ISO requirements
- Where applicable, collect payment for completed works

(Previous experience in insulation or construction is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.)

Pay: €18.00-€21.00 per hour
