Job Summary
At CaterHire, we help create some of Ireland’s most high-profile events — from luxury weddings and major sporting occasions to corporate launches, festivals, TV productions, and VIP hospitality events.
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong initiative and proven experience in a warehouse environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring that products are prepared and packed for dispatch by our transport team. The items you will be picking include tables, chairs and event furniture. Prepping and cleaning of furniture will be a key part of role.

This role is full-time from Monday to Friday, and you must be flexible during busy times to work more than 40 hours per week. Training will be provided so knowledge of the product is not essential.
Job Duties
- Ensure accurate and timely picking and assembly of orders. This role will involve picking of tables, chairs, outdoor furniture and catering appliances.
- Prepping and cleaning of all furniture.
- Ensure that orders are correct and meet our quality control standards.
- Utilize our software system for tracking orders and stock.
- Work closely with other departments to manage stock.
- Please note the job involves some lifting and moving stock by hand trolleys.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy warehouse or in the hospitality sector.
- Self-starter with strong initiative .
- Experience with manual work and some lifting.
- Positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with our friendly team.
- Fluent in English.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Forklift license preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
