Barista / Pod Assistant.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Ennis.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
- Operate the till and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the café and customer areas.
- Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared and displayed in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of ordering requirements.
- Follow all HACCP, Health & Safety, and food safety procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food items as required.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous barista or café experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends.

Pay: €14.15-€17.00 per hour
