As our Onsite Engineer , you will be the face of Apogee for our clients. You’ll be the person they rely on to keep their office tech running smoothly. This isn’t a desk job - you’ll be on your feet, moving across multi-site locations, and getting stuck into the hardware.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Hands-on Fixes: Troubleshooting and repairing printers and office hardware on-site.
Proactive Maintenance: Keeping an eye on device health, replacing parts, and clearing jams before they become a problem.
Customer Support: Chatting with users, explaining how to use the kit, and providing a professional, friendly service.
Learning & Growth: Working alongside senior engineers on complex issues—perfect for building your technical knowledge.
Inventory Management: Managing toners and consumables to ensure the office never grinds to a halt.
This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Have a relevant qualification - such as a BTEC, NVQ, T-Level, or similar qualification in IT, Engineering, or another technical discipline.

Enjoy solving problems - you are naturally curious and committed to finding solutions when something is not working.
