About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and custom woodwork. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of carpentry tasks including fitting, installing, and repairing doors, floors, frames, skirting and other fixtures.
- Perform routine maintenance and respond to repair requests.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
Requirements
- Qualified Carpenter with relevant certification or time-served experience.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full, clean driving licence .
