Location: North Dublin
Hours: Full time - 36+ hours per week- Night Shifts from 7pm-7am.
Our arcade is located in the prime location in North Dublin and we offer a top class gaming experience to our customers!
We are looking an individual who enjoys working with people and providing a high standard of customer service.
You must be friendly and approachable, able to work on your own initiative and follow procedures/instruction from manager.
What does the role involve?
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers offering tea, coffee and snacks!
- You will have cashier duties and will be fully trained on all cash handling procedures.
- There will be administrative paperwork and reports that the cashier will have to record transactions and update throughout the shift.
- Working within a team is important to ensure smooth running of the venue.
- Upkeep cleanliness of the arcade
What you need?
- Experience working with cash
- Customer service experience
- An enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn
- Good verbal and written communication
- Experience working night shifts
