Order Picker (Meat Processing & Distribution)
Location: Finglas, Dublin 11
Pay: Starting at €16.00 per hour (following training)
Schedule: 5–6 days per week | Full-Time
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our growing team in Finglas, Dublin 11. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing fresh and frozen meat products for daily dispatch.
Because we supply specialized products to Eastern European shops, knowledge of or fluency in an Eastern European language is preferred to help identify and select items accurately, though not essential. Candidates with good English communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and palletize customer orders according to pick lists.
- Inspect product packaging, labels, and batch details to maintain quality control.
- Work efficiently within refrigerated/chilled environment facilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with food safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in selecting products and checking weights/labels.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for full shifts, working in chilled environments, and lifting heavy items (up to 20kg).
- Reliability: Excellent punctuality and a solid work ethic.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues on the factory floor.
- Language Skills: Functional English is required. Knowledge of an Eastern European language is preferred but not mandatory.
