Cortoon Community Childcare is a rural facility located approximately 5km outside Tuam, it has a spacious outdoor play area and is adjacent to the Community Hall.
We are looking to recruit an energetic, enthusiastic, caring practitioner who has a genuine love for working with children.
Full time, Part time AIMS support
The applicant must hold minimum FETAC Level 5 in Childcare.
Duties include:
- Report to the manager,
- To guide, observe, stimulate, and supervise children in a safe and caring environment.
- To work as a part of a team.
- To assist in the planning and implementation of an age appropriate stimulating programme of activities which will enhance the child's natural growth and development.
- To ensure all quality and safety standards are maintained in the service.
