Henley Stoves is one of Ireland and the UK's leading suppliers of wood-burning, multi-fuel, pellet, and electric stoves.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales, delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and support.
This role reports into the Group Sales Manager.
Job duties and responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers across the UK to drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and long-term retention.
· Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales.
· Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions, providing expert advice to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting targeted product campaigns.
· Generate new business through proactive outbound sales activity.
· Process customer quotations, orders, and related administration accurately and efficiently.
· Promote our online ordering platform and digital services.
· Leverage customer data, purchasing history, and buying trends to identify and maximise sales opportunities through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and account development.
· Deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to order completion.
· Undertake any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the role, as may be required to support the operational needs of the business.
Key Skills and Experience
· Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service.
· Strong organisational and time managements skills with strong attention to detail.
· Target driven.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Experience using Sage 200, desirable.
· Experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
· Experience in construction, heating, plumbing, builders’ merchants, or manufacturing, desirable but not essential.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
