MARLAY PARK CONCERT STAFF REQUIRED
We are running a hot dog food truck at Marlay Park June 20th - July 7th and we need some extra hands in the food truck. Fast paced high volume environment, so if you're interested in working the event with us, get in touch. This role requires lifting, manual handling and working with oil.
We serve Irish pork sausage hot dogs and loaded fries so the role may include:
-taking orders from customers
-cooking hot dogs on our flat top grill
-frying fries in our fryers
-organising the orders at the pass and serving to customers.
-food preparation
Skills required:
-good English language skills
-manual handling and some heavier lifting
-can perform under pressure
-HACCP certification
-customer service skills
-experience in a busy kitchen
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 21 days
Pay: €15.00 per hour
