We are looking for a talented culinary professional who is ready to bring creativity precision and leadership to our kitchen. The successful candidate will begin as a chef and structured milestones leading toward promotion to Head chef based on performance and achievement of agreed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cook and present high quality dishes consistent with Kilians standards
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in line with health regulations
Work closely with kitchen staff, sous chefs and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
Assist in managing inventory, reducing waste and controlling food costs
Contribute fresh menu ideas, seasonal specials and signature dishes
Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets that highest standards of taste, presentation and quality.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Food production
3-5 years in a reputable hotel/Restaurant or lounge environment.
Strong Knowledge of international and local cuisines, plating techniques and kitchen management.
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate and Medical certificate
Passionate, Disciplined, Creative and able to thrive under pressure
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and inspire a kitchen team
