We're expanding and looking for an experienced scheduler to join our fabulous team in South Dublin on a permanent, full-time basis.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm. Friday: 9am to 4pm.
Hybrid option and 4pm finish on Fridays!
The role
You'll work as part of the scheduling team to manage care rosters and hours allocation for our care staff, using our care management system. Day to day, that means handling annual leave, sick leave cover, attending weekly team meetings, and responding to queries from carers and clients. It's a fun, fast-paced environment and suits someone who is well-organised and comfortable managing competing demands.

Requirements
Previous rostering or scheduling experience in a home care setting is essential. We also need someone with strong organisational and communication skills, good attention to detail, and confidence working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), fluent English, and full permission to work in Ireland are required.
