The role of The Painter will be responsible for painting and upkeep of our various
properties, completing general painting duties as requested within the allotted
time frame.

Job Objectives

Live our Mission, Vision and Values
Maintains the upkeep of all properties in regard to painting etc.
Complete internal and external painting duties.
Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions.
lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Completes all necessary reporting and documentation as required.
Ensures that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner.
Reports any unsafe conditions to management.
Complies with company's safety / security rules and instructions in performing.
work efficiently
Complete all painting tasks in a neat and tidy manner.
Participate in a rotational on call system.

Skills Requirement

Excellent overall demeanor.

Excellent organizational skills / self-motivated / self-starter.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.
Willingness to work as part of a multi-departmental team.
Willingness to learn.
Dedicated, reliability and flexible approach to work.
Full Clean Driver’s licence.
Knowledge of materials and techniques are essential.
1 Years’ previous experience in a similar role.
