As Group
FP&A Manager, located in Antwerp, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role
in leading the financial planning and performance management processes of the
business. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business
planning, and delivering high-quality financial insights that support senior
management in making informed strategic decisions. Through robust financial
analysis and performance monitoring, you will help optimize profitability,
efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Reporting and Consolidation Manager.
Key
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate financial
and management reporting, business performance analysis, and the effective coordination
of annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis of
business results and key drivers.
- Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations to
support strategic decision-making.
- Perform financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis
to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial
reporting and performance monitoring.
- Support the implementation of effective cost control measures
and financial performance initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial
planning and reporting processes. Organize the financial reporting
calendar for the group in cooperation with the Axéréal Group.
- Lead and develop finance team members, fostering a
high-performance culture.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate
financial data into actionable business insights.
- Support the optimization of profitability, efficiency, and
overall business performance.
