World Talent Selection is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international company in Dublin for the position of Dutch Quality Expert Reviewer for Social Media.

Location & Working Conditions
- Dublin City Centre (Onsite)
- Full-Time – 40 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday
- Flexible shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
- 4 weeks of onsite training in Dublin
- Permanent Contract
- Please note that no holiday requests can be approved during the first 8 weeks to ensure full completion of the training programme.
Language Requirements
Native-level Dutch speakers with C1 English
Strong English communication skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will support quality reviews across multiple content moderation workflows, including:
- Reviewing moderation decisions for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Auditing content involving violence, self-harm, fraud, hate speech, phishing, malware, nudity, exploitation, and other sensitive topics.
- Reviewing escalated and high-risk cases.
- Supporting ID Review and Authenticity workflows.
- Supporting Global Risk Operations and Special Operations teams.
- Identifying quality trends and improvement opportunities.
- Applying cultural and regional understanding when reviewing content and making policy decisions.
- Maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Pay: €42,667.00-€43,000.00 per year
