The Club House Hotel one of Ireland's longest Established Hotels are Currently Recruiting For an Experienced Chef de Partie
Chef de Partie required for a busy hotel kitchen.
Applicant Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Be able to work on own initiative, take instruction from Head Chef and work well in a small dynamic team.
- Must be trained in all areas of HACCP, food control and waste minimisation.
- Be energetic and flexible, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the Kitchen.
- Required to work in all areas of the kitchen to a high standard in both preparation and service.
- Assist the Head chef in the running of a small but busy kitchen with team of 5 chefs + kitchen porters.
We are looking for someone who has held a previous position within a busy hotel/restaurant environment and who will be flexible, hard working and will carry out all duties to a consistently high standard.
