As part of our on-going growth, we are now looking to expand our team and have an immediate exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Site Supervisor for our Industrial building project in Co. Kilkenny.
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of quality.

Site Supervisor Position Overview
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Manage team members by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, conducting regular safety checks.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Train new employees in company policies and procedures as well as specific job duties.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Requirements:
- Construction Management/Engineering Qualification desirable
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal/people skills.
- A proven track record working closely in partnership with clients and contractors.
- A proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €50,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
