Building Services Coordinator | Dublin City / South Dublin
We're recruiting a Building Services Coordinator to support the successful delivery of major construction projects across Dublin City and South Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong M&E coordination experience looking to work on complex and technically challenging developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site management teams.
- Review technical drawings and resolve design coordination issues.
- Monitor programme milestones and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in Building Services Coordination or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical understanding of M&E systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification preferred.
