Brian Conneely & Co. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Health & Safety Coordinator to join our growing team, working primarily on a range of high-profile construction projects at Dublin Airport.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years' construction Health & Safety experience who wants to develop their knowledge, gain exposure to complex live projects and build a long-term career within a supportive and respected construction company.

The Role
Working closely with our Health & Safety team and project management teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating the health and safety function across our projects.
You'll support the preparation and management of project documentation, assist with compliance processes, coordinate RAMS and permits, maintain accurate records and help ensure our projects are organised, compliant and ready to operate safely.
You'll also spend time on our live construction sites, building relationships with project teams, supporting inspections, attending planning meetings and developing a practical understanding of how health and safety is delivered on complex construction projects.
This role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to become an integral part of our project delivery team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Degree qualified (Level 8) in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Experienced within the construction industry, with approximately 1–2 years in a Health & Safety role.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern IT systems.
- An excellent communicator with the confidence to engage with people at every level.
- Practical, approachable and solutions focused.
- Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in construction health and safety.
- In possession of a full, clean driving licence.
