Commis Chef who will also be responsible for kitchen management duties. Responsible for monitoring and ordering stock. Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that orders are made in a high quality and timely manner.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a commis chef required. Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Must have the ability to work well with pressure with a high level of attention to detail required. Experience in a busy cafe, brunch or contemporary kitchen environment required. Knowledge of HACCP required.
